Roger S. Ball named president of Shoemaker Construction Co.

An open letter to our friends and colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that Roger S. Ball has been named president of Shoemaker Construction Co. Roger will assume general administrative leadership of the firm in addition to his current leadership of field operations.

Roger has served in a variety of capacities with the company since 1991, including project management, estimating, marketing, and operations. He is a graduate of Bucknell University and, in recent years, received his masters in business administration from Cornell University. Roger has achieved the status of LEED Accredited Professional from the U.S. Green Building Council.

As an important member of the Butz family of companies, Shoemaker is dedicated to working closely with you, our clients and partners, in the tri-state market. We continue to invest in the professional development of our people and the technologies that support them so that we can provide you with the most reliable construction management services possible.

Shoemaker is currently managing several exciting projects including the renovation of the historic Strawbridge & Clothier building in downtown Philadelphia for Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust, renovation of the historic Amtrak Station in Wilmington, Delaware and a multi-phased catheterization lab renovation at Alfred I. duPont Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware.
